I have been using Century 21 on Duporth for my property in Coolum. Sherrill has been an amazing property manager returning emails the same day and handling all enquiries with the utmost efficiency. When our lease ended I spoke with Mel and queried the rent she had suggested, she felt a few other properties had been rented lower than there worth so I let her do her thing and she secured what she thought our property was worth after the 1st inspection. Liz handled the releasing of our property she also returned emails same day and was very informative with the new potential tenants information and everything ran as smoothly as you could wish for making this whole team a pleasure to work with, I look forward to another 12 months of smooth sailing - Thanks to all the girls at Century 21 we are feeling at ease with the running of our investment property due to your professionalism.

Since leasing through another realestate who didn’t communicate efficiently, was unreliable and didn’t provide any support or security to us a tenants, century 21 on duporth has been unbelievable. Everyone in the office is so friendly and willing to help however they can. The communication is so quick between us and our property manager. If things require maintenance it happens the day of or within the week depending the urgency level. I couldn’t recommend century 21 on Duporth enough!
