We have been happy with our ongoing and prompt and professional communication with Ane. From day one, she has sought to address our queries quickly and efficiently. She is friendly and always approachable. The systems within Century 21 have been disappointing - not notifying us of delayed rent and mismanagement of our smoke alarm compliance. These have been rectified but only because we identified them to Century 21. We hope this improves.

I recently has issues with mould due to the weather and a wall leak. Mel and the rental team at Century 21 on Duporth have handled all the insurance issues related to getting the problem fixed and loss of rent. They have done an excellent job and also found a new tenant so things are now back to normal.
