I was in a highly stressful situation of potentially being homeless with my 2 children. My application for the property was looked at quickly and advanced to the owners within 48 hours. I was updated on progress regularly and then told I had been successful. All documents were emailed on the same day and details for assistance companies that I could contact to help were very useful and reasonably priced. I have since had questions prior to moving in that the team have been more than happy to help with.

My overall experience through century 21 has been very satisfying. Whilst looking for a rental is very stressful and at times you can feel like you are at the bottom of the chain, Liz went over and above with all her helpful advice. I found it very easy to email her and ask questions - she always replies as soon as she can. She was very approachable and friendly. The team has also followed up to check in if there are any further enquires. Overall a great real estate with honest real people. :)
