Liz the agent showing the property was very personable which made the gruelling task of viewing yet another rental much more pleasant. I had been looking for around 6weeks for a rental and Century21 on duporth were on top (and on time) of their inspections, very responsive and helpful in updating me on where my application was in the process and in the follow through the whole team were great at communicating what was needed for my application.

Disappointed, given our ongoing history with them, that this time we had such difficulty having our requirements comprehended and accommodated. The process was uncomfortably assertive and rushed. It seemed to us more about meeting their targets than our requirements. It is too early to conclude if the latter have been met.
