I have had consistent tenancy over this time and communication about the properties has always been swift on the agencies behalf and allowed for prompt action on mine. Easy to follow itemised accounts are provided monthly with any invoices associated with repairs or inspections attached. They have recently re tenanted both properties with recommended tenants after both existing tenants broke their leases.
