Excellent local knowledge and communication
Lauren Hedgman of Century 21 recently assisted my husband and I in the purchase of an apartment in Cotton Tree. Lauren was not the listing Agent but introduced us to the property and assisted us in dealing and negotiating with that Agent. We found Lauren very helpful, most efficient and insightful. Lauren kept us well informed on every aspect of the negotiating and sale process also following up anything required up to the settlement date. Being interstate purchasers her communication and professionalism were extremely valuable.

Great From Start To Finish
Lauren was the listing agent on a property we purchased via auction. We enjoyed working with her, especially her flexibility and communication post auction and pre settlement. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to start renovation work within 2 days of settlement. Her communication and assistance made an impression on all parties involved - even down to the trades helping with our renovations!
