From the first phone call with Melissa it seemed like I was talking to someone I knew. Melissa provided me the information I needed and didn't push me for questions I was uncomfortable answering. When my Husband and I met Melissa at an open home, it was a genuine welcome and made us feel relaxed looking at the property.
