Sarah presented my offer to the vendors and ensured that negotiations went smoothly. Since signing the contract of sale, Sarah has been in contact several times, offering her assistance and answering my questions. In my absence Sarah also completed a pre-settlement inspection of the property, and called me prior to settlement to provide me with an update. I can't speak highly enough of Damien and Sarah's utter professionalism.

Initially I gave our unit to another agent to sell and we got little to no action. I then gave it to Damien and he gave me an honest appraisal told me to do some basic freshening up, and suggested a contractor to do it, who was excellent and acted with great speed. Damien's team kept us totally up to date with the prospects and negotiations on our unit and sold it very quickly at very close to our asking price. When Damien was not available there was always someone available to help and answer any questions we had. In summary he told us what needed to be done, told who he would use to do it, and then Damien gave us a realistic price that we could expect, told us what was going on at all times and sold it quickly at an agreed price. No question I would appoint Damien and his team to buy or sell on the Sunshine Coast every time. Very pleased. Very happy. Very impressed with a very professional organisation
