Working in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years alongside her father and Principal Michael Kirby, Samantha has elaborated experience and knowledge which is not to be missed. Having moved from the city to the beautiful coastal Port Stephens, she has now lived locally since 2005 gaining extensive knowledge of the area. Samantha’s hard working approach and determination to achieve the best results for landlords and tenants as well as accounting for the business is to be commended. There have been countless situations that have occurred over the duration of her career so far where a problem needed to be solved; Samantha has used her positive attitude and academics to her advantage to make sure that the situation is never left unresolved. Samantha ensures at all times to make clients feel comfortable and at ease, using her bubbly personality enabling rapport from the word GO! Samantha is to be recognised as a valuable asset to the business. Samantha completed her Cert III in Property Services in 2012 and then went on to complete Cert IV in Property Services in 2014 and is now a Property Manager/Licensed Real Estate Agent. She has been a finalist in the Port Stephens small business awards for Property Management for the past 4 years.

Growing up in Nelson Bay and attending the local high school, Brody’s knowledge of the area is quite intricate being a local for approximately 16 years. Brody started her employment at Century 21 Nelson Bay in January of the year 2014 as a trainee. For one year Brody worked out on the front desk as a receptionist as well as providing additional assistance for the Property Management team. In the beginning of 2016, Brody’s positioned changed to a Property Management Associate, working closely with the property manager, Samantha Kirby. Throughout her growth in the Real Estate industry, Brody completed the Certificate of Registration, Certificate III in Property Services and Certificate IV in Real Estate and is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Throughout Brody’s career so far in Real Estate, she has been commended on numerous occasions not only by her work colleagues but from Landlords and Tenants of properties, for her hard work and determination to overcome and solve problems within the Property Management sector. Brody goes above and beyond to ensure that all tasks throughout her role have been completed to the greatest standard. As noted she thoroughly enjoys her role and strives to gain more knowledge and experience as much as she can.
