Marilyn and Sudha kept me up to date with perspective tenants. They had very good knowledge of the Harrington Park area. Whilst it did take longer than expected to lease the property, I put it down to market conditions and rental income expectancy not aligned. Once we aligned weekly rental Figure with market expectations the property leased within two weeks.

Excellent Professional Service and Accurate with the Rental Appraisal and Realistic. I would recommend to anyone! My property got vacant during the Covid 19 and I was bit anxious if I could rent it quickly in the current situation. Then I found Space Real Estate, they were easy to dealt with and assure they can rent it within a week. I had to hand over the keys of the vacant property on Friday, however I had an appointment for vehicle service, then Sudha said he can come to my place to pick up the keys and he did. Then I got a call from Sudha next Tuesday saying that the property will be rented from Thursday and I was so surprised and relief! (I have rented the property with 2 other agencies before however this was the easy to deal with and rented the fastest).
