Bala and Alana perform led above and beyond what I was expecting from an agent. They kept me up to date daily on any progress with the sale of the property at Oxley. I could not ask for a better team to sell the property in an ever changing market.

Looking to buy / sell your property .. Look no further ! Bala is excellent and knows what he is doing. Same goes with his team. I have recently used them and can't fault anything. Bala got me more than what I initially thought. His words "Don't worry we will get you atleast XXXX .. and he did it". Plus always available on phone should you have any queries. Highly recommendable for your real estate needs !

Words can’t express how thankful I am for Bala. He has absolutely gone above and beyond for us our property was interstate and he did much more than what we ever expected. He is trustworthy, reliable, kind and very hard working. We had a couple of challenges with the buyer and Balla took it in his own hands to organise the people necessary to help. Thank you Bala for looking after us and achieving an outstanding result on our property in Queensland. To anyone that is looking at selling their property do yourself a favour and book Balla as your agent!

In matter of 4 weeks Bala sold our house. His knowledge to the market is excellent. Throughout the selling and contract time, Bala communicated with us to ensure that we are up to date and knew what stage we were at. We would highly recommend Bala Rajan from Century21 as a real estate agent due to his genuine care for his clients.
