This is my first home purchase and I found James extremely easy to work with in obtaining information on the apartment. At all times James answered where possible all my questions. If he didn't have the answer he would come back to me as soon as he did but at all times keeping the lines of communication open. I also felt (having dealt with other real estates) that James clearly communicated my views to the vendor and vice versa and responded promptly for the best outcome for all. James was professional through the whole process and very approachable at all times. It's been a lovely experience for my first apartment purchase.

I purchased off the plan apartment in 2017, but due to some personal reasons I have to sell the property. Before James, I was in contact with a couple of agents who did not show much interest in selling off the plan properties. But with James, from the beginning till the end it was smooth and easy ride. From my understanding off the plan apartment are not an easy one to sell(as you would have noticed that a couple of agents backed off) but James with his relentless work he finally sold it for me. i was so happy when he told about the sell.
