We had been searching for our first home for about 5+ months, dealing with endless shady real estate agents AND assuming that's just how it was - what can you do? It wasn't until Alex that we discovered that there are actually some *good* ones out there. Alex was super transparent and clear with us, along with some great advice and speedy communication. When it came to submitting offers, receiving responses, communicating with us around status updates etc it was so easy, quick and without the feeling like you were being mugged. I'm under no illusion that the agent is working on behalf of the vendor, but without a buyer there simply isn't a transaction. Alex made us feel like we mattered throughout the whole process... and that's pretty rare. On top of this Alex made himself available at somewhat unconventional hours to allow inspections along with being flexible around other aspects of settlement which helped us greatly.
