Excellent Service
James has a very good understanding of the suburbs and the current market conditions. He is extremely punctual and has sound knowledge of the existing laws as well. I had a very good experience with James and apart from the entire process right from Inspection to Settlement was very streamlined and without any hurdles. Expert in selling
The way James persuade you(as a seller) to sign the contract Is the way he persuade the buyers to Buy your property! After you get into the contract with him, stick to it, and it will get sold. He is experienced and will get the price you want.
