Con & his team were fabulous. This has been a great experience buying our very first home and at auction too. They explained things well for us and there was no pretentious numbers mentioned. We bought the house somewhere near what was expected and so now both families can live under one roof. We visited the property several times and were greeted with warmth and sincerity each and every time whenever we needed to take measurements or ask more questions. I recently enlisted the services of Alex Vouladas to sell my property in Cheltenham, Melbourne. While I wanted to receive the best financial outcome, there were also emotional aspects to this sale as the property was where I had grown up (with associated happy family memories), and also the the long-term home for the tenants. Alex was consultative, communicative, empathetic to the tenants, and pro active in watching the interest in the property. When interest began to slow, he employed effective marketing strategies to renew interest. Although I live 3000 kilometres away from the property, communications with Alex were always easy and after the sale he quite literally 'went the extra mile' by driving out of his way to ensure payment to my bank account. My experience with Alex, including after sales service, was exceptional.
