We were very happy with the work that Con kotos, Shelley Johnson and the team from Century 21 Clarinda did in selling mums unit. Con sold this Unit to my mother 18 years ago and we were very impressed with all his help he gave us to purchase it. l called Con to come and see us about selling the unit for us, he felt honored that we remembered him and he remembered us he was extremely pleased we had contacted him and he said he would do every thing he could to get us a good price, which he did. He explained to us what we could do to present this property ready for sale, and explained why an auction would be the best way to go. Con, Shelly Johnson and Staff worked hard an open days and also private inspections showing people thru. The day of the auction Con explained to my brothers and l what happens at the auction, he had all his staff members their on the day talking to customers and showing them thru. Selling my house of 26 years had to be one of the most emotional times of my life. Many people say "it just a house" but to me it was much more than that.......it had my families memories that were very precious to me. Con and his team respected my emotional state and were absolutely amazing with their approach and their support. 21 years ago I bought my house from Con and now he has successfully sold it for me at the Auction he conducted himself. He is great to deal with and has a fantastic team that supported him for all the open inspections and they all turned up to the Auction too, creating a great atmosphere!! He has an in-depth knowledge of the Clayton South area and the marketing package provided resulted in lots of viewing at the open for inspections. Con and his team are very respectful and professional as they always checked on the suitability of open times and private viewings with me.
