As first time buyers this whole experience was pretty new to us. The only time we really heard from Andy was when our offer was excepted and we had a fence issue that needing fixing. Andy was on the ball with this and had it fixed within 48 hours however when it came to settlement day we were a little bit disappointed to not hear from Andy and recieve a “congratulations” phone call. Made us feel like buying our land wasnt as important compared to if we brought a house. Overall our experience was pleasant and we thank Andy for making our dream of owning/building a home a reality.
