Right choice!!
As it is our first time purchasing a vacant land, we were a bit worried in terms of dealing with the vendor and the process of buying. Luckily, Andy was the agent of the land, he was very accomodating, very understanding and approachable enough that buying the land was a breeze. Although there were some hiccups with the process, he kept assuring us that everything is going to be alright. That was a big help for us, taking our t some of the stress in the process. Honest and Straight forward!!!
Bill was a pleasure to deal with. He was completely honest from the second we met. He disclosed everything about the property and walked me through the whole process. I've dealt with quite a number of agents but have never come across an agent more referable. Top Bloke!!!

Great Agent!
Selling our first house with Andy could not have been a more pleasant experience.
