After interviewing a number of agents, we chose Peter and his team because their strategy did not include misleading potential buyers, but provided an honest assessment of the likely final cost, and so did not waste their time or ours, especially in the limited COVID restricted inspection windows. Peter is straight forward, and without the usual smarm seen in RE agents, although he can charm when called upon to do so. In the end, a very satisfactory result.
