I was quite nervous to lease out my granny flat after my kids moved out. I expressed my concerns to the agent about my privacy and the type Of tenant’s I preferred and so far my expectations were exceeded! The loveliest couple was found and I have not heard any noise coming from that side of the house!! I highly recommend this group!!

This was our first time renting through Century 21 one and by far has been the best experience from start to handover of our keys. We were mostly impressed with our Real Estate Agent Chloe Horne who went above and beyond for us. Not only was her professionalism and communication outstanding she made this process so seamless and stress free. We couldn't recommend her more :) Thankyou Century 21, we look forward to be renting with you.

Very happy with our association with Brendon from C21. From first visit he provided a personal face to face service, providing great info and advice. He clearly understood our situation and our needs/priorities. This customer focus won us over, and once engaged, he/the team followed through with quick action and quality advice covering all aspects of the leasing process. Property was advertised, inspections held and applicants presented within a few days. Happy with the rental and the people now looking after our property. Very professional and great communications throughout.

Myself and my partner were moving interstate and our experience was pretty poor within Sydney until I contacted Century 21. Century 21 was extremely helpful and returned all my queries in a timely manner. So fair my experience has been great and can’t fault the team even through the Christmas period. I’m sure I will continue to have a great experience with Century 21 and will be sure to pass onto my friends and family.

Having dealt with many agents in the past managing our portfolio to date; the team at Century 21 has far exceeded our expectations! They are a close knit group that truly endeavour to see both tenants and landlords treated with fairness and respect at all times. Communication is always open and clearly articulated. We would highly recommend Century 21 to anyone in the property market.

Both Brendon and Chloe were extremely focused in wanting to understand my needs and requirements within a very tight timeline. Their service, market knowledge and communication was excellent and greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe in particular given it was she who executed all the requirements in regards to my tenancy agreement. A great experience from my perspective and I look forward to building a long relationship with Century 21 Menai.

We recently used Century 21 Menai to lease a home. Throughout the process of looking, enquiring and getting ready to move in, Brendan and Chloe were amazing. Unlike others agents, if they didn’t answer my call when I rang, both Brendan and Chloe would ring back as soon as they could! You don’t get that everyday from real estate agents! Both Brendan and Chloe were polite, professional and understanding. Both are assets to the business. Thank you for helping us with a new place guys.
