C21 worked with us for years before we decided to lease out the house with no pressure or strings attached. We were undecided on selling or leasing but they gave periodic advice and ongoing rental valuations required for loan assessments long before we went with them. Just leased the property with effectively no time on the market at a great rate, highly recommended.

So helpful with finding a perfect home for my family and I. Chloe was especially helpful once it came to filling out all of the application and form work, made it much more of an easy and smooth process!

Brendon King has been an outstanding BDM and once I gave him the go-ahead every think was put in place within no time at all even working after hours, very impressed. Julia now manages my property and recently did a very thorough periodical inspection. So my experience so far with century 21 Menai has been an awesome experience. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Brendon and his team were quick to support with the numerous areas of managing our property in relation to getting the property ready to lease, finding suitable tenants, and keeping us in the loop with everything in between.

Chloe from the very start was so polite and continues to help us throughout our journey, this was very special to us as my partner and I have moved out together for the first time. Chloe is clearly such a valuable asset to Century 21. She has the mindset and attitude of someone that will go so far within the industry. We are beyond blessed to have Chloe handle us and the property

Having purchased the unit from century 21 menai it was extremely easy to let the same agency's rental division handle the 2 bedroom caringbah investment unit. On the first open for inspection, numerous contracts issued...selection process seamless...12 month lease accepted at a most competitive rate....Thanks Stewart for the sale and Brendon for the tenancy....total professionalism....highly recommend the century 21 Menai team.
