Deidre is an agent that really knows the market.

When Deidre first came to our property she was very enthusiastic about our home and put us at ease straight away about putting our house on the market when the time was right for us. We had valuations from four different agents and hers was considerably above the other three. But this was not the reason why we picked her. It was because of her knowledge, professionalism and the ease of working with her. The sale price she achieved was in excess of her original estimate, and considerably above the average valuations of the other agents. So if you are looking for an agent who knows the market, is professional and a pleasure to deal with look not further. Thank you Deidre for all your hard work.

Great professional speedy service by Shelley and the team resulting in quick sale within 2 weeks !

As a seller's advocate, I helped my disabled daughter sell her home in Aldinga Beach SA. I met several local agents however found Shelley from Century 21 to be very friendly, adaptable and willing to help out in a slightly different selling process to minimize the stress and effort required on my daughter. The end result was a very smooth , efficient and quick sale at the top of the price range we were looking for with a contract signed and deposit paid in approx. 2 weeks. My daughter was thrilled with the result with settlement proceeding on time. We can highly recommend Shelley and her team.

Shelley gave relevant, accurate and up to date advice that got us what we wanted for our houses.

Shelley helped us sell two houses. One of them had been a "problem" house. Shelley came up with some great ideas that made the house look great for relatively low costs and most importantly, sell within one month of going on the market. We were so pleased with the outcome on the first house that we decided it was time to sell the other. We had the same great experience, with two offers to choose from at the first home open. Nothing was was too much trouble for Shelley. We live out of state and at times relied on her to check on things for us. There was always a positive and helpful outcome when we did. I can't recommend Shelley highly enough. If I ever look at real estate in the area again, I won't waste my time going anywhere else.
