Sandy was very helpful and understanding of our drawn out timeframe selling a deceased estate. She gave grate advice to help get the house ready for sale and maximized the value of the property. She was very quick to respond to any correspondence and made my life as easy as she could! Thanks for the great outcome Sandy!

Sandy helped sell my property for a good price. She knew the market and kept me well informed during the process. Her advice in helping to present the property for sale was invaluable. Sandy is very professional, has good communicating, marketing and negotiating skills. I engaged Sandy after the property had been on the market for some time. She is a genuinely nice and caring person. Just ask Lucky, the baby magpie. Thank you Sandy for a job done exceedingly well.

My fiance and I had a great experience in dealing with Sandy on the purchase of our property. Sandy kept us up to date with the progress of the sale, was transparent with the vendor's expectations, and was easy to deal with. We very much appreciated the interest she had in our story and goals, we think it helped both of us throughout the course of the deal. I would recommend Sandy to anyone considering selling especially to those selling the old family home or a property where a great level of care and consideration is required.

We have sold 6 houses and the 7th was with Luke. He was the best agent of the lot. He was honest reliable and we thought of him as a friend. His knowledge of the area was excellent. We have never met a more honest real estate agent. He gave so much information about the selling market that when we bought our next house we knew what to expect. We chose Luke because we went to where he was selling a house to check him out and straight away we knew he was the agent we wanted to sell our house. He said our house would sell in a week and it did. Contact Luke he is an honest agent

Luke Pocklington was my first choice as Real Estate Agent. I had spoken to other agencies on the phone and founds some of them pushy and full of sales patter. After booking Luke to come around to give me a valuation on my property, I was impressed by his knowledge of the local area and recent house sale. Whilst being very informative and very approachable without any pushy sales gimics my husband and I decided to sign up there and then and we did not regret it. Luke was contactable at all times very friendly but at the same time very professional. Luke got several offers at the first Open Viewing, one of which we accepted. Luke made the whole process of selling our house very simple and easy and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Luke for a job well done!

Scott was an excellent agent, everything was easy and he not only delivered the service he said he would he more than met our expectations. Great work Scott, thanks!
