I know that sounds obvious, but it really is not in today’s world, especially in sales industries. From the first email and face to face, to the settlement and beyond ~ every conversation feels honest, respectful, and easy to understand, which matters a lot when you are buying your first home. A lot of agents in sales industries try to come across as friendly, but you can tell when it feels forced, and not authentic; but with Chris, it never felt like that. Chris stayed genuine the whole way through and made the experience feel person to person, not transactional 🫂 On the professional side, Chris absolutely delivered. His knowledge, guidance, and steady support helped my partner and I navigate buying our first house with confidence. He explained things clearly, kept us informed, and was always there when we needed reassurance or clarity 🤝 What really sets Chris apart is that he manages to be both authentic and highly professional at the same time. You can tell he stays true to who he is while genuinely looking out for you as a person.
