Exceeded my expectations regarding the leasing process, but taking 110 percent of my first weeks rent after charging me a fee for almost everything they did, I thought was a bit rich, considering the person renting was that keen he paid $50.00 dollars over the asking price, so there was no real marketing required but i still paid that fee that along with others.

As a guy who has just moved here from the UK, the Australian process of Renting is completely alien to me, and nothing like the UK's process. Important to state neither is right or wrong by the way just a massive observation. Trying to navigate this process whilst running 2 businesses here in Sydney was somewhat a challenge!
