Met Cooper at the door of the property on inspection. He was helpful and friendly, with good information about the property. Once I applied, Amy took over. She called and asked a few questions about my reasons for moving, and a few other supporting questions, but was also very friendly and forthcoming. Interactions with my previous agents always seemed a bit antagonistic. During the initial moving-in process, I emailed and called about a number of items that might be an issue, and she's been very prompt and helpful with her replies. It's only been a couple of weeks, and I'm still in the process of moving in - but so far, they have been excellent agents. If this continues into the future, it could be the start of a beautiful relationship (with apologies to Humphrey Bogart).

Julia has been great as our property manager. She is friendly and professional at the same time. She keeps us informed with updates on repairs and tenant applications without us having to remind her about it. That has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to our previous Real Estate Agent!
