Yulia has looked after everything to do with my property managing the change over of tenants very smoothly and organising maintenance, repainting and new carpet. Yulia has made it so easy for me, I have not had to worry about anything. Yulia has been absolutely fabulous communicating with all involved parties promptly and getting decisions from me and my sign on line approval to make things easy for me. Yulia has kept me updated regularly and during tricky negotiations hasn’t given up, she’s handled things very professionally. I couldn’t have asked for any more from Yulia, she has been fantastic.

Attended an open house rental inspection and had a very positive experience. The agent was extremely welcoming, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.
