I’d like to recognise Ashley, Michaela and the team for the outstanding support they’ve provided recently. When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition. What really stands out is their professionalism and responsiveness. They are always prompt, open to feedback, and willing to accommodate any requests. I would highly recommend Ashley, Michaela and the team—their service has been consistently exceptional over many years!

The property manager was friendly and approachable. The team members in the office were friendly and patient and reminded me to sign documents on time. All staff took the time to explain things to me. The rental unit was clean when we moved in. They were considerate and made the keys available, so I didn't have to travel to their office.

Exceeded my expectations regarding the leasing process, but taking 110 percent of my first weeks rent after charging me a fee for almost everything they did, I thought was a bit rich, considering the person renting was that keen he paid $50.00 dollars over the asking price, so there was no real marketing required but i still paid that fee that along with others.

As a guy who has just moved here from the UK, the Australian process of Renting is completely alien to me, and nothing like the UK's process. Important to state neither is right or wrong by the way just a massive observation. Trying to navigate this process whilst running 2 businesses here in Sydney was somewhat a challenge! The team at Century 21 helped me through the process, were always on call if required and communicated extremely well throughout. This put me at ease and made this process so much easier. likely to have to go through this process again in 12 months i will be prepared, and would be grateful if working with Century 21 again now i know what needs to be done, and knowing this team can support me completely.

All matters relating to our agreement keys etc. We’re electronic making the whole exchange efficient and seamless. On the day all keys were labelled. There was no confusion and timing was exactly as Julia promised. This would have to be the best dealing we have had in property management in the Shire.
