Usually the worst part about renting is dealing with the real estate agency or agents that simply don’t go out of their way for you, but I’m so happy to say that it’s the first time in my life I’ve had a great experience! I highly recommend CENTURY 21 Realty One , and lovely Cooper Morelli, who although the young of his age, was the most professional agent I’ve associated with in the past six years in Sydney. He was very responsive during my application process, and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed to be fixed after moving in. Literally the best and most responsive real estate agency I’ve had in all my years of renting. I will definitely be buying from them and suggesting them to my social circle. Cooper Morelli of century 21 Menai His professionalism and prompt attitude towards his work was absolutely amazing. Cooper continued to check In and update us with the process of our application for this property. Cooper never stopped working even when we got approved the prooerty he continued to check in on me and my family, Julia’s professionalism is commended and we love that they updated us when needed. The team at Century 21 have been super helpful even prior to receiving keys and moving in. There was a small hiccup in my application and they took the time to reach out and give me the opportunity to work with them to provide the information they needed, I’m sure plenty of other agents would have simply rejected my application instead.
