Laylah and the team at C21 Brockhurst have been looking after our property since we purchased it from interstate a couple of years ago. Even before we had a tenant in, C21 helped use through settlement by conducting walk through and coordinating reliable, high quality trades people to address issues and get the property up to a great standard. I view the property as being very much the tenants home, it’s not mine, (if anything it’s still the banks) and I wanted to ensure that whomever is living there has all their needs addressed. Laylah is amazing at this; raising issues immediately, always quick to reply and action mine and the tenants requests.
