Emma has been genuinely helpful from the inspection on. Communication has been prompt and clear. If you would like an area to improve in, Contractor reliability has been poor with many giving very short notice, others not attending when booked through the agent and not following up (gutter guard installation). Professionalism from Emma has been excellent and we look forward to continuing to work with her.

The staff at Century 21 were awesome in helping my son and I transition to a new rental property after 13 years in the previous house. Mihi was very passionate in dealing with our property and went above and beyond to fix an issue that the tenant caused in a very professional and right way. All agents are good until a problem arises but the true colour of the agent comes out when there is an issue with the tenant.
