Even before we stepped out of our car to view the property, Laylah greeted us with a huge smile and full of energy and I immediately felt a connection with Laylah. It’s a huge house for just the 2 of us but we needed the space. We filled in the forms when we got home and in a matter of days received a call from Laylah to say we got the house ! Imagine my shock and I was filled with so much emotion ( considering we have a rental crisis now) and Laylah put me at ease. We went in to sign the lease and get the keys and again we were greeted with such an awesome vibe from such an awesome individual. Laylah was gentle with George ( he suffers from mental health , PTSD etc) and the sign up was a very smooth transaction because this beautiful lady here who is now our Property Manager dealt with the sign up with so much compassion, kindness and so very empathetic towards the both of us. We have been here now for about 2 months and this property has given George and myself a new lease of life so to speak. George is much more happier here in this very massive house and there is a calm that I feel knowing that we are going to be ok , that George is going to be ok, here in a house where we have created a home for the both of us and it will be ok because our Property manager Laylah is an awesome & kind person who puts us at ease even when we have had to ask for a couple of maintenance issues( a very stressful situation to be put in when we only just moved in) it was received with kindness and the maintenance was carried out promptly.( thanks to our very awesome landlord as well!) So, we would definitely recommend our Property Manager Laylah of Century 21 Brockhurst.
