Mum and Dad built this house in 1973. It became apparent when Dad passed away in 2022 that the house and yard were too much for Mum alone. Josh took the time to explain to us a strategy to get the best sale price. The house required some electrical work to get it certified. Josh was able to suggest an electrical contractor and also a painter to paint the interior. Josh made the sale process easy under difficult family circumstances.
