Josh was absolutely right. I first signed mid 2023 but on his suggestion I organised a repaint and finished the landscaping and it made a difference. My home was a huge house on a large block but it had no street appeal. It was ugly! The photographs were wonderful and really showed the interior space at it's best and within 6 days I had an unconditional contract for more than I thought was possible
