What an amazing outcome!!
From the first contact with Josh to the final conclusion of the paperwork resulting from the successful sale of our home was an amzing experience. No matter the question or how trivial our query, Josh answered it all and to clarify he had his amazing team respond with followup written responses. The first Home Open organised by Josh and his team resulted in our home sold within 9 days and settlement done 21 days after at a profit that was above the original expectation. Josh and his team were so knowledgeable, helpful and very prompt with all replies to emails and texts. Josh came to see us Monday he arranged photos. Thank you to the photographer for his lovely photos. A sign was ordered and by Thursday the house was on the market. We had house open on Saturday and a week later it was sold and Josh got us a good price. Just 10 days from start to finish. The girls in the office were very happy to help at anytime. Thank you to Grace for all her help. They made the sale of our house so quick and easy, so no stress. We cant thank them enough for everything they have done. This is our last move. But if I was moving again, I wouldn't hesitate to ring Josh straight away. Thank you Josh and team Brockhurst.
