Unfortunately as first home buyers, our experience with Sarah was that she acted complacent and with little attention to detail. 3 times, key forms were filled out incorrectly due to her making spelling mistakes of our names, which almost delayed settlement. Communication was delayed and casual and our email addresses were entered wrong by her, resulting in a 3 day delay of communication that our offer had even been accepted. We had to meet up multiple times to resign documents due to her spelling and date mistakes and this process was difficult due to her inflexibility. We were told we finally got the keys with 1 hour notice before her office was closing which was also 1 hour drive away. All up, this experience was extremely stressful due to her lack of professionalism, complacency and lack of attention to detail.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Danny as his service was exemplary. He was knowledgeable about the property I had for sale and was always contactable, he never failed to respond to emails or txt within minutes. Throughout the sale he kept me fully informed of progress and made the entire process very easy which given that half the way through the process we went into level 3 restrictions due to covid19 and could no longer meet face to face, was no mean feat.
