From my first meeting, Danny gave the impression he was upfront, confident and knowledgeable without being, at all, brash, or unethical. He did not put on the pressure to set a lower price than I wanted, or to accept a price I wasn't happy with. He was very approachable and addressed any concerns in a competent and friendly manner. He found a buyer within the first two weeks of the house being on the market and made the whole selling process easy and also confidently acted as go-between with keystart, who has shared equity in the property. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who is wondering which realtor is up to the job.

Josh from Century 21 Team Brockhurst came over and gave our house an appraisal. We sat down and I expected to be given the same old story that the previous 3 real estate agents had given. Not with Josh! We sat down and discussed our situation and what he thought was the best option if it were his house. He asked questions (and so did we) and discussed all the possible options of how he would go about selling our house. At no point of these talks was he pushy or have a salesman attitude of just trying to list your property and not deliver. We discussed fees, advertisement costs ect. It was all explained to us that could be easily understood with no hidden fees. We thought about it for 2 days and then called him back to sign up with Josh/Century 21..........This turned out to be the best decision! Within a couple of days the house was advertised (internet,signage at the house).The home opens were booked and time given were given every Tuesday. Marc (Josh's Dad) took over mid way through which was explained to us and what a character . He was warm, friendly and down to earth. He would have a laugh but at the same time be very professional. He had some funny jokes and then some tumble weed moments where you would laugh because they were so bad. He made it non stressful and a delight to work with! The Whole team from Josh,Marc,Shaun and the ladies in the office were exactly what Josh had described in the appraisal. They showed up on time for home opens, they called and informed you every step of the way of what was happening with offers and interested party's ect. The Office staff charlie and the background staff called every time to advise us on how the behind of the scenes were going on settlement and paperwork.......The full works. We felt that we were kept in the loop all the way through and everything you want in selling your home. We wouldn’t think twice in recommending Josh and his team, they really were a pleasure to deal with.

Josh is not a local agent to our area so we were taking a risk entrusting him with the sale of our beloved home. Josh came and visited us and understood our situation and our requirements of sale. Obviously no one knows a home as well as the owners, so we gave him and his team every thing we possibly could to assist them in selling our home. As they were not local to our area this included some of the quirky local knowledge that most buys don't think of asking for. The Brockhurst Team were able to use this information and the product that we had provided them and were able to offer it to the market as a top shelf property in a professional way that most other agents fail to do. Josh was able to have various competing offers in front of us within days of the for sale sign being erected. Our house sold above the local median average and our asking price within 10 days, and fully settled within 30 days. With our high demands of Josh and his team, in a tough market, this in itself is proof that Josh and The Brockhurst Team have the right techniques in place! Selling Fees are higher than average, however, we were able to contact Josh or a member of his team 24/7, emails were responded to promptly, we were provided with marketing statistics upon request, and most of all, Josh came through with what we needed. We had tried to sell our property using a self marketing method for several months. We soon realised it is not that easy using this method.
