Ameer was true to his word from the onset, listened to our needs, provided ideas and assistance, negotiated with the Vendor to reach an outcome that was suitable to us and the vendor. Very approachable and friendly. My experience with Ameer was a smooth transaction and felt he has a deep compassion to assist me as a 1st home buyer. Didn’t feel like he just wanted a sale. Extremely professional, excellent communicator and would recommend him without hesitation.
