Honest, Reliable and super friendly helpful personality agent
When time comes to buy my first property. I was really nervous and worried where to invest my whole life savings money and how, I was completely blind in this sector. Every weekend visit couple of properties. But didn't match between my budget and expectations. Finally when I visit 4/9 Oxford St and met Mr Luis Ameer, I just said one thing that I wanna buy this property. He stepped forward shook his hand and said I am here to help you, give a offer in-between the range. Some body already gave offer, Mr Luis stand in between me and that buyer. On spot run a fair auction game in very transparent way, walked between two buyers. I gave offer and counter offer. Finally got it . Instantly gave 0.25% deposit to confirm my position. After that each and every step, when ever, I faced any issues, Mr Luis gave me his helping hand to dissolve the problem.
