We went to inspect his listing in Fairfield, When we arrived there was already another gentlemen’s speaking to him and seemed like he was going to put through a formal offer. As this was the case we left thinking the property would be under offer, I recieved a friendly and professional follow up on Monday and one thing lead to the next Louis had spoken to the owner and we had the property under contract the same day. His professionalism and response has been outstanding and not pushy or makes you feel pressured but very down to earth and transparent. We look forward to settlement day. And thank him for making this happen and finding us our first family home.
