He is a very organised and energetic individual. And he did a terrific job liaising with the vendor and the owner. On the first day, he really made us feel at home as we walked around the house (I'll be honest, I looked at a lot of houses before some agents forced us to buy or do anything), but Tom is a really sensible person. the simple thing for us to process swiftly and firmly. He is incredibly helpful and gave of his time when we asked him to open the house. He speaks and acts in a highly professional manner, but most importantly, he is a sincere and responsible individual. Honest enough to give a 5 star rating and more. He did an excellent job balancing the needs of the vendor and the owner, so he is not biassed.
