As first home buyers Rob was very professional in the whole transition. This included situations where general hold ups on the Sellers end arrived; However, Rob managed to remain on those problems at hand and coming to a fair resolution for all parties. Dave is not your run of the mill agent. He is more than just a cut above the rest. When someone is asked to go a mile with you and they go two you think wow. Dave being the rare person that he is will go five or ten miles with you. He is unassuming, quiet, kind, helpful, generous and there are so many more compliments that he well deserves. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to do little things that other people will not do for you. And sometimes it is the little things that count. Don't get me wrong there were big things Dave did for me for which i will be eternally grateful. I certainly believe he is one of the kindest most giving persons I have ever met.
