As first home buyers Rob was very professional in the whole transition. This included situations where general hold ups on the Sellers end arrived; However, Rob managed to remain on those problems at hand and coming to a fair resolution for all parties. Rob was very prompt and was always available, even on weekends and evenings. When it came to general maintenance prior to settlement, Rob managed to get this done without any issues. This includes situations recently when those maintenance tasks were not completed post settlement. Overall, we are very satisfied with Rob and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again 😊

Dave is not your run of the mill agent. He is more than just a cut above the rest. When someone is asked to go a mile with you and they go two you think wow. Dave being the rare person that he is will go five or ten miles with you. He is unassuming, quiet, kind, helpful, generous and there are so many more compliments that he well deserves. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to do little things that other people will not do for you. And sometimes it is the little things that count. Don't get me wrong there were big things Dave did for me for which i will be eternally grateful. I certainly believe he is one of the kindest most giving persons I have ever met. This brief review does not convey all the good that this man is or does. For you to understand that you would have to experience it. Use his services in the capacity of selling agent and then you will get a small snippet of what I am trying to say. My wife and I spoke with a number of other agents about marketing the property, they were either loud or rude or obnoxious or pushy, all the things you don't want in an agent. Dave on the other hand is none of those things. As a result of our experience we now have a fantastic new friendship that we treasure very much. Great job Dave.
