Initial Communication was great.
At the beginning Hayley was great very responsive to our questions. Finance approval and settlement date seemed to be rushed at times with requests for bigger deposits and shorter settlement dates making for a stressful process.

Very reliable agent
I am super impressed with Chi's great service and her accountability.
