Hayley, helped my eldery parents with declining health sell their family home. It had been their home for nearly 40 years. She also was the agent for the apartment my parents bought to down size. It was a very emotional experience for them. There were many moving peices in this process. Hayley skilfully marketed, negotiated and mediatied seamlessly with all parties concerned. Even more valuable is her empathy and genuine concern for others. This was demonstrated by Hayley's strong determination for a favourable outcome for my parents and done in such a heart felt way. Truly going above and beyond. I can not thank her enough for that experience.

This is the second time hayley has sold a property for us. I have sold and bought a number of properties.Investments and personal and without doubt Hayley stands out by a long way. She has always been totally professional has managed to sell quickly at higher prices than appraisals from other agents.Has vast knowlwedge of the markets and properties and has answers to any queries and problems off the top of her head without the usual " I'll have to get back to you on that one" She really does enjoy her work and dealing with people. Hayley is exceptionally helpful and talented, what a star!! Hayley is an excellent communicator, even though she is a very busy realtor, she didn't leave any details unattended. These skills are most appreciated, especially as an interstate vendor. Hayley went above and beyond in helping me secure a very willing buyer and beautifully managed the tenant relationship too. I was somewhat abandoned by the renting managers of Chalk realty, but Hayley picked up all the pieces and organised the right people to get the job done. I am so very lucky I had Hayley in my corner.
