Right from the first contact Sharyn made us feel comfortable. She would be one of the most transparent and honest agents we have ever dealt with and always made you feel like you knew exactly where the process was up to. She is a strong salesperson but also has a substantial degree of empathy for both buyer and seller, allowing her to foresee potential hurdles before they even arose. The whole process was extremely well managed and efficient but above all somewhat of pleasure considering the many challenges buying or selling can bring. Sharyn was a complete pleasure to work with. She was 100% spot on with the market and had a very open and honest conversation about what was achievable, “Guaranteed”, while providing confidence that she would market the property in a way where we would see upside. Fantastic market knowledge. Once we had agreed to use her service then she got started straight away, and what a service it was. She arranged maintenance and repairs items, new carpets, house and window cleaning and staging. This was all coordinated beautifully and without any inconvenience to us. Sharyn’s communication is second to none based on my past experiences, keeping in contact daily during the campaign and checking in on the property from time to time while we were away.
