We decided to list in December 2015. With numerous choices for real estate agents in the general area, we were certainly not experts in picking a real estate agent or having the expertise to market a property to sell. You meet and greet and think or hope you make a wise choice…..we were still for sale June 2016. Enter Bell Real Estate and Sharyn Chandler, we had numerous families in the community highly recommend Sharyn to us. From our first meeting Sharyn impressed, not only displaying great knowledge of where the market was but also having an honest appraisal of where we were at. Sharyn was not coming in to sell our house at a discounted price to move it along, she was planning to achieve the price point we were at with the other agent. Sharyn however had a smarter strategy and explained this in detail on how to achieve a sale and also an excellent result. We had a relaunch plan to list in mid-July, with fresh photos and the reworking of marketing material. Sharyn clearly explained the type of marketing package used by Bell, why it is used and the importance of the right advertised price point. Sharyn noted that Bell have a strong database of people seeking properties in the area. She booked the photos and then began the hunt for our buyer even before we were to list. Sharyn and her team did not even have to wait until the photos were taken, they had private appointments organised that weekend. Two groups through on the Saturday and two offers that night and above our expectations, does that not speak for itself!!!!! We were so impressed with Sharyn, her professionalism, honesty, friendly nature and the genuine care she took to sell our home was outstanding. Sharyn took considerable time to understand the features and negatives of our property and then used her extensive sales experience to sell our home. Property in the hills is very unique in that the styles, size, land, area and price is wide and varied. On one of many open days attended looking for the "perfect" fit for our specific needs we met Sharyn. The specific house wasn't right for us however having the chance to talk with Sharyn explaining our wants and needs our search for the "perfect place became easy and less stressful. Sharyn matched our wants and needs to 3 properties over a two month period and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Sharyn is easy to talk to, she listens to the customer and in our case was able to deliver, in fact go beyond our needs and wants. Sharyn is not a pushy type and only sent us to properties that fit our needs. She is open and honest, a good communicator in that she maintained information flow on what's coming, what's going and progress up dates from offer to settlement. Her speed to finalise the sale was great as she represents fairly to both the seller and purchaser, both parties are happy and the sale was seamless. In summary if you want that perfect property in the hills just leave it to Sharyn you won't be disappointed.

We had heard many of our friends speak highly of Bell Real Estate and Sharyn and were very happy to list with her. We got in touch with Sharyn about three months before we listed and she came to have a walk through and have a chat with us. Sharyn has a great sense of vision and can see what you need to do giving great advice. If you list with her and she says that you need to fix something or not waste time on something else - listen to her - we did and it made it easier to see the end goal. We loved our home and were attached to it as most people are and it helped to get that impartial view. In the selling process Sharyn always kept us informed and at no time pushed us to sell. She always ensured that we kept all options open so that we were happy with the result.
