From the moment Tom sat down with us, we knew we had found our agent. He was genuine, smart, credible and we felt he had our best interests at the forefront of the options he presented to us. Once we had engaged his services, he did not disappoint. He went beyond what we would've expected in an agent and made the whole selling process very painless. On top of it all, one of his buyers bought the property at the top end of the price quoted. So we had a good journey with a wonderful outcome.

Damian was very professional when I was purchasing my property. He had a hard customer to deal with when it came to me, but that didn't worry him at all. He was very patient and caring and answered my every question, even if I did ask the same thing time and again. Thanks Damian you made the purchasing of my new home a much easier experience than I anticipated.

Tom provided all of the right guidance and advice in the discussion process prior to listing our Kincumber home on the internet. This was followed by professional assessment and management of prospective buyers in the organized inspections of our home. The outcome was a clear belief on our part that we were in good hands with Tom and the George Brand team.
