I had a great experience working with Damian from George Brand - Kincumber, my real estate agent, to sell my property. His service was exceptional and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Damian and the team at George Brand - Kincumber to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Damian and the team at George Brand were proactive and great to work with. Our property was sold within a week of launch in the market. The selling process proceeded smoothly and on schedule. Would just like to sincerely thank Tom and his team At George Brand Real Estate. I recently sold my property in Terrigal and Tom and his team made the process run smoothly. I was always kept up to date and the right buyer was found within a short period of time. Tom really has his finger on the real estate pulse and I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market to sell. I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience.

Thanks Tom - professional & passionate about his job. Another house sold with you. Not quite the price we wanted but in this market we wanted a quick sale.

Very professional in keeping us up to date at all times.

We SOLD our home post boom, in a very depressed market, plagued by increasing rate rises and we owe the sale all to the local knowledge and professionalism of our realtor Damian Rutherford. Damian was meticulous in following up leads, keeping both ourselves and any potential buyer in the loop. He also had the difficult task of liaising with tenants during the sale, which he did with respect and consideration. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damian, he is honest, dependable and successful.

Damian has been professional, knowledgeable, prompt and above all, caring and honest during my recent property purchase. For the past 10 years I have used another agency in East Gosford whilst purchasing and selling properties but I will have no hesitation in changing over to George Brand as long as Damian looks after the process! Thank you again for the wonderful service.

Prior to sale and over a long period of time, Tom built a strong and trusting relationship with us which meant choosing our agent was an easier decision. Tom and the team at George Brand were excellent in advising us about our sale and as the market became increasingly difficult to predict, offered clear, direct and actionable advice as we progressed to a successful outcome. Tom listened, consulted and advised, maintaining a high professional standard as well as a personable nature. Well done Tom and team. Graham and Kate
