I have rented from Chapman since 2019. I feel like I realy lucked out having Jillian Doran as my property manager. She is always friendly, approachable and readily responsive to maintenance needs and followup. As a single mother with 4 children, having her on my side has been priceless. My old rental was sold. An event that I expected to be immensely stressful was comfortable and more respectful and thoughtful than I envisioned. A lovely experience all round.
