Confusion as to who wa in charge of what.
My previous tenant treated the property badly.The person who signed the lease had another person there permanently who would not go on the lease.Goats were there without my permission the carpet had to be cleaned 3 times from the smell of animals and I had to replace some of . The front garden was completely taken over by rubbish. Nothing was done about any of this. My husband was very ill and as a result died,when I finally got to inspect property I was horrified. I now have a new tenant and will be up in Sydney in February for an inspection.
