I write regarding Milton Player, who is a Principal agent with Chapman's in Glenbrook. I have lived in Glenbrook for nearly 20 years and Milton has been very proactive throughout this time, keeping in touch, providing property sales reports in the area and other useful information, such as tradesmen and service providers. He often just leaves a friendly note in my letterbox. At the time I was considering selling my property, Milton came to visit on the same day to evaluate my property and give me instant feedback. A little while later, I asked Milton to be my agent and to put my property on the market. Amazingly, he was able to get the first VIP open day only 2 days later. He has a very comprehensive database of qualified buyers and at its first opening, he had more than 70 people come through my property. By the Sunday, he had received several genuine offers and kept in touch with me by telephone throughout the whole time. By Sunday evening, my house was sold for a very good price - thanks to Milton. Since the sale, Milton has updated me regarding end of cooling off period and contract exchange. If I have any questions, Milton gets back to me within a day with the answers. I would highly recommend Milton as a very professional, enthusiastic and proactive real estate agent. I am happy to expand on these comments if required.
